So: I have failed rather miserably at the RPM Challenge thus far, though not without good reason (Hourly Comics, trip to New Haven, rushing to develop my iPad app, etc). That being said, I have accomplished a few musical things this month, including the first two-and-a-half songs for a forthcoming Six Songs for the End of the World EP and a new cover or two. I think my favorite is a very ambient version of GoodBooks’ “All This Time,” which still needs a bit of polish for live performance but is sounding really pretty. I think my goal for next week should be to sit down and record the thing so that I can post it here for feedback.

Anyway, it’s late here on the West Coast. Time for bed!
